It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved family member, PFC Jean Pamela Rose Barroga (AKA Jay), on May 5, 2024. Jay is survived by her brother Jan Patrick Barroga (wife Cynthia Barroga), nephews Joshua Jarvis-Peters, Eren Aegir, Javonte Reeves, Miguel Pagan, niece Aramina Barroga and many, many other family members. Jay is predeceased by her mother Melanie Dugay.
Jay was most proud of her time in the US Army, regardless of how brief. Her time in the military was a huge achievement for her. She loved to gamble, play video games, listen to music, and spend time with friends and family.
Although her time on this earth was brief, she left an impact on those who had the pleasure of getting to know her.
A celebration of life will be held but no date is available at this time.
Donations can be given in her name to the TSC Alliance or to any charity of your choosing.
