Michael “Mike” Lawrence Lane, 61 of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away, Monday, July 4, 2022 at Centura Penrose Hospital.
Mike was born on July 2, 1961 in Denver, Colorado to Lawrence “Larry” and Barbara (Lythgoe) Lane. Mike graduated from John Hinkley High School in Denver, Colorado. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree. On August 10, 2019, he married the love of his life Lisa Ann (Linch) Lane. Mike was an avid Denver Bronco and Colorado Avalanche fan, he loved fly fishing, camping in the mountains and riding his motorcycle. Mike had the biggest heart, huge personality the size of the world and cared about everyone he met. Mike was involved with his church, New Life, Colorado Springs, Colorado, and was part of the prison ministry with the church. Mike touch so many people.
Mike is survived by his wife, Lisa Lane, Colorado Springs, Colorado, mother, Barbara Ann Hedland, Lincoln, Nebraska, two brothers, Patrick “Pat” and wife Lori Lane, Lincoln, Nebraska, Drew “Andy” Lane, Denver, Colorado, nephew and nieces, Andy Lane, Lincoln, Nebraska, Molly Lane, Lincoln, Nebraska, Christopher Linch, Ogallala, Nebraska and Megan Linch and partner Jeff Lockner, Colorado Springs, Colorado and extended family and loving friends.
Mike is preceded in death by his dad, Larry, his grandparents, Brad and Thelma Lane, Harlo and Ruby Lythgoe, cousins and many other close family.
