Nora Suzanne Ivie White

NORA SUZANNE IVIE WHITE Born September 15, 1935 and passed June 2, 2021. She was 85 years, 8 months, 19 days or 31,308 days. Suzanne was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- Day Saints. Suzanne was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Oscar Lloyd and Nora Blamiers. She was the last of her siblings, and recently lost 2 sisters, Ruthann Dubbleman, May 2021 and Kay Frost May 31, 2021. She was a beloved woman with anyone she met. Her kindness was spread by good deeds and gentleness. She was very- intelligent and really pushed education and the importance of finishing school. She had a contagious sense of humor, a spicy and feisty attitude. She was also immunized during the Covid19 Pandemic. Suzanne met Chad Brixon White and it was over. She married him December 24, 1951 and they started their family of 8 Children. When Chad was drafted for the Koren War, Suzanne took care of her family; as a devoted wife and mother. She was an extremely gifted seamstress, loved to read and tell stories. Suzanne is survived by her Children; Cheryl Lynn Moslowitz (Yale), Michael Chad White (Kathleen), Jeffrey Frank White (Shandra), Angela Suzanne Taylor (Steven), Hannah ”Kris” Bay, and Emily Hineline (Nate). She is survived by 13 grandchildren James (Katie), Christopher, Jeffrey II, Melanie, Naomi, Allen, Bryce, Blade, Hazel, Gideon, Penelope, Amelia and Theodore as well as 16 great-grandchildren; Isabelle, Destiny, James II, Noah, Catherine, Christin, Kyrian, Alex, Adela, Citlali, Shia, Zarek, Owen, Zoe, Jeffery (Jay) and Skyler. She will be sorely missed, but lived a full and long life and was grateful to her family everyday. Proceeded by; Her spouse Chad Brixon White, children, Russell Lloyd White, Julie Faye White, grandchildren : Sarah Kathleen White, Beauregard Brixon White Special Thanks to the Many wonderful people who made this happen, Family for being so supportive during these difficult times, the Church for all the help and organization of this gathering today. Services will be held on Friday June 11, at 11:00 at The Church of Jesus of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the Sunset Ward at 4955 Meadowland, Colorado Springs, CO. 80918. There will be a Zoom meeting of this Service. Please join us in the celebration of Suzanne’s life.
