Robert Harold Troelsch grew up in Pennsylvania with his parents Harold and Doris Troelsch, his sister Susan Bianchini. and his brother Kurt Troelsch. He married Sharon Troelsch and moved out to Colorado. He found a full filing career with Colorado Springs Utilities. He had two daughters Marcie Miller, Jennifer Troelsch, and three grandsons Nicholas Torres, Paul Miller lll, and Jeremy Miller. He was a great guy who will be missed.
