Susan Marie Snyder, 64, of Nampa Idaho, passed away on August 6, 2025, in Colorado Springs, Colorado while on a camping vacation with friends. She was born Susan Marie Duclos on January 7, 1961, to Wilfred (Duke) and Helen Duclos in Lewiston, Idaho. Sue loved travelling and spending time with her family and had numerous friends from childhood to those she met on her many camping trips and travels. She was loving, kind, caring, lighthearted, easy-going, smart, a peacemaker, generous, and fun. Sue lived a joyous life to the fullest! She had a wanderlust for frequent camping trips and loved traveling bravely, often alone, to every U.S. state and over 90 other countries, in which she shared her excellent photos and stories on Facebook. Sue graduated from Lewiston High School in 1979 and received her bachelor's degree from San Jose State University, class of 2006. She worked for ROLM, Siemens and beginning in 2010 was owner of her business, “An Organized Space."
Sue is survived by her children Nicole and Kyle Snyder, her siblings Renee Ferguson, Don Duclos, Penny Large, Kim Derryberry, Chris Fazio, Kurt Duclos, nieces and nephews and was preceded in death by her parents, Wilfred and Helen Duclos. Sue’s Celebration of Life will be held on March 28, 2026, in Boise, Idaho.
