Warren Kless

Warren Kless passed away in the early morning of February 25, 2023, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Warren was born March 3, 1946, in Chicago, Illinois to Joe and Vera Kless.

Warren was a Veteran of the Marines and served in the Vietnam War.

Warren married his wife of over 51 years, Joyce Kless (Thomas), on August 20, 1971. Together they raised their family primarily in Colorado. Warren enjoyed old Western movies and listening to records of his favorite singers. He loved the great outdoors and spending time in the mountains. Warren’s children and grandchildren have many wonderful memories of hours spent camping, fishing, and hunting with him in the Colorado wilderness. Warren loved his family, and while all grown now, they look back fondly on memories of decades of Christmas Eves spent listening to grandpa reading the Night Before Christmas before bedtime and waking up to grandpa’s delicious German pancakes Christmas morning.

Warren is survived by his wife, Joyce; his three daughters: Karen (DeWayne) Oliver, Jeri (Allen) Brown, and Misty (Mark) Erickson; two sisters Ilene Wozniak and Catherine Kless, 10 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ronald Kless.

Celebration of Life is planned for June 24, 2023. More details at a later date.
