Born on November 30, 1955, in Santa Monica, California, William's life was marked by a passion for music, surfing, and a vibrant spirit that touched all who knew him.

William's journey into the world of music began early on, finding solace and expression in the pulsating rhythms of punk rock. He emerged as a leading figure in the San Diego, San Francisco, and Los Angeles punk rock scenes, leaving an indelible mark with his talent and dedication. Before his illustrious career, William's roots were grounded in his childhood and education. He attended Westminster High School in Westminster, California, and further pursued his studies at Hollywood High School. During these formative years, he co-founded his first band, The Evil Cows, setting the stage for a lifelong journey immersed in the world of music.

Beyond his musical endeavors, William cherished the ocean through the thrill of surfing and sport fishing. Whether riding the waves, reeling in the day's catch, or igniting the stage with his electrifying performances, he exuded a contagious energy that drew people towards him. William was also known as a spectacular hairdresser in Southern California. His style and creativity echoed throughout his tenure.

William's multifaceted life was also marked by athletic prowess. He attended San Jose State on a Gymnastics Scholarship, where he showcased his remarkable talent and dedication. In his personal life, William found profound joy and companionship in his 32-year marriage to his loving wife, Amy Parham. Together, they weathered life's ups and downs, sharing in each other's passions and supporting one another through every twist and turn.

William’s most notable love is for his Daughter, Analisa. Born in San Diego, California.

(Verse 1)

Born on the shores of Santa Monica Bay,

With a spirit wild, he found his own way.

Surfing waves, feeling the ocean's sway,

A punk rock heart, in his veins it did stay.

(Chorus) E / A

William Joseph, a rebel soul,

In the punk rock scene, he took control.

From San Diego to LA's bright lights,

His music soared to great heights.

(Verse 2)

From the Evil Cows to the Upbeats' beat,

His drumming rhythms, a relentless feat.

With Jester's strings, he took to the street,

His guitar wails, with passion complete.

(Chorus)

William Joseph, a rebel soul,

In the punk rock scene, he took control.

From San Diego to LA's bright lights,

His music soared to great heights.

(Bridge)

California's champion, on parallel bars he'd stand,

In San Jose State, he left his mark on the land.

With Amy by his side, they roamed far and wide,

Through Alaska's snows and Oregon's tide.

(Verse 3)

In Vegas lights and California sun,

Their adventures never were done.

With each new day, they'd seize the fun,

Together, their journey had just begun.

(Chorus)

William Joseph, a rebel soul,

In the punk rock scene, he took control.

From San Diego to LA's bright lights,

His music soared to great heights.

(Outro)

Though he's left us now, his spirit remains,

In every chord, in every refrain.

William Joseph, his legacy gleams bright,

In our hearts, he'll forever ignite.
