Yvette Fraticelli aka Mama Frat, a brave, fearless, and strong woman is finally at peace and went to sleep on the night of Friday, November 15th, 2024, with her daughter, son in law and Betsy Boop by her side. She was only 69 years old. Her family and friends are devastated and heartbroken by this loss. Born on March 29th, 1955, in the Bronx, NY. She had been through a lot in her life, but she always loved and was always giving to anyone who knew her. We take comfort in knowing that she is no longer in pain and no longer suffering. Yvette was a New Yorker through and through. She was an Accountant by trade but wore many hats. She loved learning and trying new things. She could do anything, put anything together, and if not, she could figure it out. She had a couple of great loves of her life but there was one man who she was so deeply in love with. She made friends with anyone and everyone. She loved to laugh and smile, and we will miss her laugh and smile. Yvette loved anything aliens, ghosts, history, scary movies, rare burgers and steaks, especially a mushroom Swiss burger, pork ribs, dark chocolate, chocolate covered cherries, Folgers coffee, a good margarita, Chinese food, a good eggplant parm, cherry pie, corn bread, cooking and could she cook, the colors red and pink, Lt Joe Kenda, Dateline, True Crime Shows, Law and Order, Law and Order SVU, Game of Thrones, Yellowstone, Josh Gates, she had a thing for Jason Statham, Idris Elba, Ed Sheeran, loved music by Josh Grobin, playing golf, gardening, sitting outside enjoying the breeze, winter, giving, online shopping, especially on Amazon, puzzles, Christmas, her chosen grandchildren, Ava and Konrad, her shih tzu Betsy Boop aka little monster, her friends, her daughter and son in law. Yvette is survived by her daughter Candice, son in law Tony, her dog, Betsy Boop, her chosen grandchildren Ava and Konrad, and many many friends who love her and miss her so very very much. We will always remember Yvette. A Celebration of Life for Yvette will be held on Saturday, December 7th, 2024, from 1:00pm - 5:00pm MST at our house. Those who knew and loved her are more than welcome to bring toys/trinkets of things she loved. Please bring anything that reminds you of Yvette that you are willing to part with for our fireplace mantle. We can share memories, stories, laugh, smile and cry. We ask that you wear red, since it was her favorite color. Whether it's a scarf, blouse or shirt, shoes or jewelry. We ask that you don't wear black since we are celebrating Yvette.
